•         Managed projects using Agile Kanban, SCRUM and waterfall and building out a robust marketing technology stack, adding E-commerce, PIM, DAM, upgrading our code base with a complete site redesign Integrating with CRM, adding Sales Force Marketing Cloud for Marketing Automation, and many more Marketing tools and applications.
•         Optimized our websites using CRO principles, optimized SEO, and achieved $7 million in e-commerce sales in our first year.
•         Set up campaigns within Marketing Automation and worked extensively in demand generation to generate 4x MQL within the first year of our site redesign.
•         Added an automated connection to our CRM and set up lead routing to pass the MQL to the appropriate sales team for qualification.

Designed and implemented a centralized multi-office intranet.  I was responsible for all facets of the new intranet including serving as Chair of the intranet committee, project management, page design, developing overall navigation and layout schemes, as well as managing and training for 12 different departments and managing day today activates of an additional SharePoint developer.   I completed this task in 7 months while still juggling my day to day responsibilities. The overall reception of the new intranet was excellent and I was nominated for a best of Schwabe award. Developing and project management of various web applications including a large scale employee management site that integrated several different data sources and processes into one stream line site that reduced data redundancy and improved accuracy using ColdFusion, HTML and JavaScript.  Developed an integrated attorney matter site that pulled various information from different data sources including matter details, client financial information, docketing information, relevant documents and billing rates into one convenient searchable location. Was nominated for another best of Schwabe award and during the firm wide demo was shackled with the nickname “magic Keith”. Developed and designed BPM for new hire intake and continuing legal education, among others, using Metastorm and web tools. Managed projects to increase search engine visibility for websites through organic optimization and developed a PPC campaign. Creation and management of 30 firm extranet sites through Sharepoint, including providing direct support for our clients and internal users

Manage over 110Websites and 50 Virtual Directories.  Worked with a team on www.dtv2009.gov a high traffic site in conjunction with IBM and the Federal Government.  Within 5 minutes of going live we handled12,000 concurrent sessions, and collected over 100,000 claims in less than 12hours, well exceeding expectations and revenue for the entire month.  Responsibilities include website updates and development, server builds, maintenance and architecture, domain name management and purchasing, SSL certificate management, implementation and purchasing, Web site report generation and management and DNS record management for websites and e-mail.  Responsible for intranet development, updates and internal web applications.  Extensive troubleshooting in all of the above areas.  Extensive documentation creation and updating.  Responsible for concept to production of new sites.  Work directly with client or Account Executive and manage web services and web development team. Design brochures, web banners, and graphics for site marketing. Work towards greater site visibility through search engines. SQL Database Administrator, SMTP and FTP administrator, Tech support company wide, SharePoint Administrator, managed a team of 2-9 associates to complete various projects.
